Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast Pizza

1 lb sausage, browned and drained
1 c frozen hash browns, thawed
8 oz crescent rolls
1/2 c cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 sliced canned mushrooms (very optional)
1/2 c sliced black olives (also very optional)
5 eggs scrambled with 1 T milk
1 c shredded mozzarella
1 c shredded cheddar
1/2 c parmesan
salt and pepper to taste

Press crescent roll dough into a cookie sheet or pizza pan to form a crust. top with all ingredients in order of the list. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.  Tomatoes and artichokes may be substituted for other toppings.
