1 c milk
2 T flour
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 T butter or margarine
Combine ingredients in 2 cup glass measure, mix well. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for 1 minute. Times may vary.
