2 t dried sage
2 t salt
1 t ground black pepper
1/4 t dried marjoram
1 T brown sugar
1/8 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 pinch ground cloves
2 lbs ground pork
Combine spices then mix into pork with your hands
Cook your preferred way
